Which rooms stay hot, when it happens and what changed.
Victor kept seeing homes where the air conditioner was working, but attic heat, air leaks and weak insulation still made rooms hard to cool.

The pattern
Years around Florida HVAC systems showed Victor a recurring pattern: some rooms stayed hot and systems ran longer even when the equipment itself was functioning.
The issue was often in the attic or around the home: thin insulation, air leaks, disturbed coverage or heat moving through weak areas above the rooms.
TCTS grew out of solving that side of the problem. The goal is simple: inspect first, explain the options clearly and install the insulation that actually fits the property.
Which rooms stay hot, when it happens and what changed.
Insulation coverage, air leaks, roof condition, HVAC location and moisture clues.
Spray foam when it makes sense; blown-in when a vented attic should stay vented.
