1. Information we collect
When you request an estimate or contact us through the site, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, city, requested service, project description and any other information you choose to include in the message.
If you opt in to text messaging, we also record the phone number you supplied and the fact that you provided SMS consent through the form. If you later reply to a message, those communications and opt-out requests may be retained so the conversation and your preferences can be handled correctly.
The website and its hosting or security providers may also collect ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral information and server logs. If analytics or conversion tracking is enabled later, those tools may collect additional usage information consistent with their configuration.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to review your request, contact you about the property or service, schedule an assessment, prepare or discuss an estimate, coordinate authorized work, answer questions, maintain business records, prevent abuse and improve the website or customer process.
We may also use contact information to continue a conversation you started about an estimate or service. We do not treat the selection of one service on the form as proof that the service is appropriate; project information may be used to determine whether another scope or another trade should be considered first.
3. SMS messaging and consent
Text messaging is optional. The website form asks for affirmative consent before SMS messages are sent about your estimate and service. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan.
You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. An opt-out request is used to suppress further messages covered by that consent, except where a limited response is necessary to confirm the opt-out or where communication is otherwise legally permitted.
Mobile phone information and SMS consent records are used to provide the communications you requested. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for those third parties' own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers that process messages, CRM records or communications on our behalf, subject to their role in providing the service.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing insulation or another service. You can contact us by phone or use the site without opting into text messaging.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We may use third-party providers for website hosting, form processing, CRM functions, communications, scheduling, analytics, security or other operational services. Those providers may process information as needed to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights or safety of the business or others, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition or asset transfer where customer records are part of the transferred business.
We do not publish your project details, review, name or photographs as customer marketing material merely because you submitted an estimate form. Separate permission or a separately verified public source should be used before customer-specific content is published.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including active customer communication, estimates, service records, accounting, dispute prevention, legal obligations, security and honoring opt-out preferences. Different records may be retained for different periods.
An SMS opt-out record may be retained after other conversation data is no longer needed because retaining the suppression preference helps prevent messages from being sent again unintentionally.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the systems used to operate the site and customer process. No website, email, text message, CRM or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so information should not be submitted through the general project form if it is not necessary for an estimate or service request.
7. Cookies, analytics and third-party links
The site may use essential browser storage or cookies needed for ordinary operation. If analytics, advertising measurement or other nonessential tracking is enabled, information may be processed by the relevant provider according to the site configuration and that provider's terms.
This website also links to outside services such as Google, Facebook and Instagram. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy, once you leave this website.
8. Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit the web form and contact us by phone instead. You may opt out of SMS as described above. You may also contact us to ask a reasonable question about information you previously submitted, request a correction, or ask whether information can be deleted, subject to records we need to retain for legal, contractual, security, accounting or opt-out purposes.
To make a privacy request, call (772) 489-1021 or use the contact page. We may need enough information to verify the request before changing a record.
9. Children's information
This website is intended for people requesting residential or commercial property services and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information about a child through the estimate form unless it is genuinely necessary for a lawful service matter.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, communications process, vendors or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the version currently published.
