Terms for Treasure Coast Thermal Solutions customers

These terms govern use of the Treasure Coast Thermal Solutions website, estimate-request process and optional text communications. A website request is not the same thing as signing a construction contract.

1. Website use

This website provides general information about insulation, spray foam, blown-in coverage, attic work, service areas and the company's assessment process. You may use the site for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about or requesting those services.

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, scrape personal information, introduce malicious code or use forms in a way that is intended to disrupt communications or business systems.

2. Estimates and assessment requests

Submitting the form requests contact and an assessment. It does not create an obligation for you to purchase service, and it does not require Treasure Coast Thermal Solutions to perform work before the property, scope, access and fit are reviewed.

The free assessment is intended to identify accessible conditions relevant to the requested service and explain a proposed next step. Conditions hidden behind finishes, below soil, inside inaccessible cavities or otherwise not observable may require additional investigation. An estimate may change if the approved scope changes, new conditions are discovered or a separate trade must complete prerequisite work.

Any actual construction or service work is governed by the written proposal, authorization or agreement issued for that project. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that work.

3. Service descriptions are not guarantees of fit

Service pages describe the kinds of conditions spray foam, blown-in insulation, removal, wall or crawl-space insulation may address. They also describe conditions that can make those services inappropriate. Reading a service page or selecting a service in the form does not establish that the service is correct for a particular property.

Insulation cannot fix every comfort complaint. Where the condition reasonably points to a roofer, plumber, electrician, HVAC contractor, engineer, geologist, pest professional or another specialist, that work may need to occur before or instead of the service described on this site.

4. SMS terms

If you affirmatively check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Treasure Coast Thermal Solutions about your estimate and service. Message frequency varies based on the conversation and project. Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. After a valid STOP request, messages covered by that consent will stop except for a limited confirmation or communications otherwise permitted by law. You can also call (772) 489-1021 if you need help with messaging preferences.

Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing a service. You may contact us by phone or submit the form without checking the SMS box. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery can depend on network and device conditions outside our control.

Information about how phone numbers, consent records and other personal information are handled appears in the Privacy Policy.

5. Scheduling, access and site conditions

Appointment and work dates depend on route, scope, material availability, weather where relevant, site access, permitting or inspection requirements when applicable, and coordination with other work. A requested date is not confirmed until it is accepted through the scheduling process.

You are responsible for providing accurate access information and identifying known conditions that may affect a visit, including gates, pets, tenant or association restrictions, hazardous areas, active leaks, known utility concerns or areas that should not be entered. If safe or reasonable access is not available, an assessment or project may need to be rescheduled.

6. Information accuracy and changes

We try to keep the website accurate, but building codes, permit requirements, manufacturer instructions, rebate programs, material availability and technical guidance can change. The site is not a substitute for project-specific code review, engineering, legal advice or a manufacturer's current installation requirements.

We may update, remove or reorganize website content without notice. A page that explains a general method does not modify an executed project agreement or create a warranty beyond the terms expressly provided for that project.

7. Third-party websites and services

The website may link to Google, social networks, government resources or other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their respective operators. A link is provided for convenience or sourcing and does not make Treasure Coast Thermal Solutions responsible for the third party's content, availability, security or privacy practices.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site's original text, layout, branding and other company-created content are owned by or used with permission by Treasure Coast Thermal Solutions. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own evaluation of services, but you may not republish substantial site content as your own marketing material without permission.

Third-party names, government materials and external resources remain subject to their own rights and terms.

9. No website warranty

The website is provided on an “as available” basis for general informational use. We do not promise that every page will be uninterrupted, error-free or appropriate as the sole basis for a construction decision. Project outcomes depend on actual conditions, approved scope, materials, access and work performed.

Nothing on this page creates a “lifetime,” “permanent” or other warranty for insulation work. Any warranty that applies to a specific project must be stated in that project's written agreement or manufacturer documentation.

10. Limitation of website-related liability

To the extent permitted by law, Treasure Coast Thermal Solutions is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the site, or third-party links. This section does not limit obligations that cannot legally be limited and does not replace the terms governing actual contracted work.

11. Governing terms and updates

These website terms are intended to operate under applicable Florida law. We may revise them as the website, communications process or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the version currently published.
